Information You Provide

Service Contractor Growth (“SCG,” “we,” “us” or “our”) may collect information you voluntarily provide when you request a website preview, submit a website form, email us, purchase a service, complete onboarding information or otherwise communicate with us.

The current free website preview form asks for your business name, email address and Facebook business page URL. If you later become a client or contact SCG another way, you may also provide your name, phone number, service area, business details, website or domain information, photos, logo, service information and other information you choose to provide.

Website Preview Requests and Public Business Information

When you request a personalized website preview and provide a Facebook business page or other business-page link, SCG may review information that you or your business have made publicly available on that page. This can include your business name, logo, colors, public photos, services, service area, contact details and other public business information.

SCG may use that public business information to prepare, personalize and communicate the website preview you requested. SCG does not claim ownership of the original third-party or client-owned content merely because it is used in a preview.

Website Forms and Formspree

SCG currently uses Formspree to process website form submissions. Information submitted through a form may be transmitted to and stored by Formspree so that SCG can receive, review and respond to your request.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, bank-account information, health information or other sensitive personal information through ordinary website forms unless SCG specifically requests information through an appropriate secure process.

Client Service and Account Information

If you purchase services, SCG may receive business information or account access reasonably needed to perform the work, such as domain or DNS details, hosting information, Google account access invitations, Google Business Profile manager access, Google Ads account access or similar service-related information.

When practical, SCG prefers delegated or manager-level access rather than asking clients to share account passwords. Information and access provided for service delivery are used to perform, support and maintain the services the client has requested.

Payments

If you pay SCG through a third-party invoicing or payment provider, that provider may process payment-card, bank or billing information under its own privacy policy and terms. SCG may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, date and billing contact information, but payment providers may handle the underlying payment credentials directly.

Analytics, Cookies and Technical Information

SCG uses Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement and tracking tags and may use Google Analytics or related Google measurement tools to understand how visitors use the website.

Depending on the tags and settings enabled, analytics and technology providers may process information such as pages viewed, session activity, approximate location, IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages and similar technical or usage information.
